After stumbling across this document I was amused with its tonal juxtaposition. It is relatively dry and to the point — as expected with a governmental doc — especially from this era (1944), I assume. But, the directions on how to cause mild chaos in daily life and be generally non-compliant felt surreal and hilarious. An updated layout felt appropriate.



The “wrench” is worked into spreads in a variety of ways.
